Flag Corps

Purpose:

The purpose of Jacobson Elementary School Flag Corps is to raise and lower the flags of the United States of America and the Arizona State Flag on a daily basis, weather permitting. It is an honor to be selected for the Flag Corps.

Requirements:

  • Responsible 4th, 5th, or 6th grader
  • Willing to work on a team without conflict
  • Dependable - can be on time for raising the flag at the 8:10 bell and lowering the flag at 2:55 without reminders
  • No serious behavior problems on campus
